The dining experience was AMAZING!!! The food was fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. Celil at the bistro always greeted me with a warm smile and ensured my orders were perfect. I really appreciated the responsiveness of the staff. Emre assisted with a room upgrade to a larger space, seamless and stress-free.
I noticed some wear and tear in the hallways, such as slightly faded paint, understandable given the hotel's popularity.

the double room with balcony offered a lovely sea view i enjoyed the updated modern look of the technologically advanced room the restaurant served very fresh well-prepared food with a varied menu. the air conditioning worked efficiently keeping the room cool the spa and sauna were a welcome bonus included in the price i also received a complimentary 10-minute massage
i occasionally heard noise from other rooms it was slight and did not significantly affect my stay

The sea facing room upgrade was good. I loved it. the hotel staff were generally very friendly, showing genuine warmth and attentiveness. the view from the restaurant was fine, a visual treat that enhanced every meal.
the room felt a bit small, a minor inconvenience.

I found the staff to be very attentive and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious (especially the seafood!). The breakfast included a wide variety of choices and fresh ingredients. The private beach club was really beautiful and offered amazing views.
The room was slightly smaller than it was in the photos. it was still adequate for my needs.
